Risk Values' Nigel Morris-Cotterill will chair IBC Asia's conference Money Laundering: The Next Chapter in Bangkok 7 & 8 March 2002

Morris-Cotterill, a leading counter-money laundering strategist with consultancy Silkscreen Consulting, will lead speakers from government and industry across the South East Asian region.

Morris-Cotterill will also present two papers to the conference : the first explaining parallel banking and the second on tracking and tracing terrorist funds with special reference to offshore centres.
